🤔 What are the Terms of Sale?

The Terms of Sale, or General Terms of Sale, are one or a series of documents that define the conditions for purchasing a product.

🪬 What are the limits on DEMOCRAFT?

You - the buyer - must respect a series of conditions for any purchase of products on the DEMOCRAFT website:

  • You agree to waive any disputes on payment platforms (such as PayPal or Stripe). The only reasons for disputes could be a failure to receive the product - likely a username issue on your side - and in that case, you must open a ticket on our website or Discord.   • Unlike many services, you cannot perform illegal actions with our products (e.g., mining cryptocurrency on our servers - we do not sell servers). However, if your Minecraft account is lost, suspended, penalized, or banned, you will not receive a refund.

Additionally, you must respect our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy during your purchase.

Any digital only product can’t be refund (ranks, digital curency). This would be

💸 Why refusing disputes?

Filing a dispute instantly blocks our account - we can no longer send or receive payments on the concerned account. Since the responses from these services are not under our control, it can take several months to recover the account. As we are a small non-profit association1, we cannot afford to lose the little we have earned :(
